Don Chato in Acton

I got the 2 chiken enchiladas with beans and rice, my husband got a chipotle burrito, both were great. Salsa was spicy as heck but I loved it. I had a really good strawberry margarita. It wasn't anything extrodinary but we got pretty basic orders so its not to say something else isnt fanominal. Did love the vibe, it was laidback yet cozy but not trashy, it seemed very well decorated, kept up, clean and we didnt wait more then 15 min for food after we ordered so I liked that as well. Our waitress was very nice. They were pretty busy but not packed the day we came, it was a Tuesday, but you could tell they were well liked and locals love them. They have games on the tvs in the bar with booths and the bar seating. Lots of areas to sit, family friendly area around the corner.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is delicious and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a splendid time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food with a big variety of dishes to order the dessert are yummy specially the refried icecream I go there often and I recommend it....

The restaurant has a great ambiance. The food portions are plentiful. I had the chile relleno and it was well cooked and delicious. The service was quick and profesional. Definately give them a try if you are in the area.

Never eaten there, we stop there after work for drinks. Tasty margaritas and friendly staff. The bar gets crowded on Fridays and the happy hour food and drinks are good.This place is great, the food is tasty I'm told. I'm retired now but still meet friends here on Friday's.

Nice ambiance in the restaurant, good music, good food but a bit too salty for my taste, yummy coffee and flan. The staff was friendly and the parking was fine although it looks like it can get a bit crowded. Will probably go again.

Authentic cuisine, neat place to eat! We ate by a indoor giant fountain with stained glass windows surrounding us. Our waiter was kind and the prices were as expected $$. We would go back!

Food was very bland for Mexican. Not sure what was up with the iceberg salad with no veggies or cheese. Something you don't expect from a Mexican restaurant ever. No prices on menu...so I really overpaid for food not thrilled with. You know it's bad when your husband puts the food down and picks up the Pringles

This was yummy! I mean good, hot food. We loved the enchiladas!! Get the chicken! Highly recommend the friendly waiters who worked together and were personable. It felt good to eat there!

Excellent eatery with some of the Best Abondigas soup(Mexican meatball soup)...I really love it and iam very picky n not ever easily impressed.

Get service, great hospitality and amazing grilled and fried tacos. The tacos come with flour tortillas, lettuce, cheese (white), tomato, cilantro and complementary chips upon being seated. The size of the tacos are about a whole hand. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The salsa with the chips is mild. The horchata is beyond delicious it can be a little sweet for some people but to me it's perfect. We attended around lunch hour between 1 and 2pm. Service was quick due to the restaurant no being so busy at the time. :) will definitely return.

The happy hour is from 3 to 7 pm and that is the spot to be at. The Free appetizers with your drinks are so good!

They really know how to make a salad. Super chilled and crisp. And the beer is not too pricey. Great local hangout.

All employees are really nice and attentive. I always have a great experience when I come here. And the food is fantastic.

Went for an early dinner with my husband. Service was great and our server was so attentive and friendly. I had the Zarapes meal and my husband has chili Colorado which was a meal also. Both came with beans and rice, mu husband had albondigas soup and I had a salad. He said his soup and meal were very good and I can say mine was wonderful and well. I also have to commend them for not drenching the food in cheese so much so that you cant find what you're eating (happens often with Mexican food). We also had one cocktail each and my husband had some flan. The only thing my husband said he would change was to make his chili Colorado spicier. We really, really enjoyed this meal and definitely be returning. Enjoy!

(All my reviews are overall) Outstanding Mexican restaurant. Food is amazing, great quality and quantity, friendly staff. Since it is overall, the issue I had was the lighting. Walking in on a sunny day, took me awhile to adjust. And the lighting to read the menu was a bit hard for me as well but after eating it was all just amazing. Calming atmosphere. Great staff. And just like Mama's homemade food. Fresh and amazing!

Rice no flavor beans all dried up. Shrimp seems like they had it for days and just warm it up!Wouldn't go here again!

Food was good but small portions I ordered fajitas I received 2 shrimp 2 small steak and chicken. Everything else was onions.

The food was tasty. The decorations are over the top. Delightful. The waiter was fabulous turns out he was a nephew if the owner. Highly recommend this restaurant.
